Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Petal Parcel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Petal Parcel offers luxury gift hampers and corporate gifting services. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Limit quantities of products or services offered
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement through our accepted payment methods.

For custom orders and corporate gifting, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Orders and Delivery

By placing an order, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have authorization to use the payment method provided

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, courier delays, or address errors.

Product Quality and Substitutions

We strive to ensure all products are of the highest quality. However, as some products are perishable or seasonal, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary. Substitutions will maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the original hamper.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not match its description

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Petal Parcel and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petal Parcel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petal Parcel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
